Data is used to operate the solar sales pipeline, generate proposals, track installations, and provide usage analytics to your organisation. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Data Retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. Deleted accounts are purged within 30 days of admin approval. Audit logs are retained for 90 days.

Your Rights

• Access / Portability — Download all your data as a ZIP archive from your profile page.
• Erasure — Request account deletion from your profile page. Requests are reviewed by a master admin within 7 days.
